A'VALue

A’VALue is a portmanteau coined from our company name of Aval, which comes from the word “available,” plus the initial letters of our corporate stance and motto of “Thinking of the customer first” and our electronic technology—in other words, user-oriented (“u”) and e-solutions (“e”), respectively.
The word stems from our attitude of always questioning ourselves about the value that we can supply to customers. The initial A’ has various meanings. It stands for not only “available,” which is the origin of our company name, but also “advance” (technology), “assure” (quality), “agile” (service and response), and so on. It shows our determination to always pursue and supply the value required by customers.
Aval Data was founded in the formative period of Japan’s electronics industry. For more than half a century since then, we have tackled technological development in response to the demands of the times, focusing our efforts on the development of electronic equipment for industrial use and promoting the manufacture of highly reliable products. In the twenty-first century, based on our philosophy of A’VALue, we will supply products and services that receive the satisfaction and trust of customers with “aggregate strength” combining our high-level complex technology, development capability, and abundant experience as the core competence of our management.
